So here we are, in the middle of a lockdown.
We are slowly getting used to the situation whilst at home, and all we have are mere estimates as to when this will all be over and when things will go back to 'normal'.
The majority of us our stuck at home, either working remotely or getting government assistance. Because of a lack of routine, it is becoming very difficult for us to stay motivated and focused during this time.
So in today's episode, we will solve this problem. I will address:
- How to build and keep the motivation to do what we want.
- How to look after ourselves until this thing blows over.
- How to deal with the pressure of needing to do something during this lockdown.
